Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help me.
My boyfriend and I live in Qld and want to get married. Just wondering if we would be able to get a strong prenup even though we have been in a defacto relationship for 13 years and have a child together?

All our affairs (bank accounts, investments, assests etc) are separate save for one shared bank account we use for groceries and expenses for our daughter.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Yes, as long as all the formalities have been complied with by both parties.
