I'm the Respondent and Applicant is wanting to withdraw the application for divorce. We agree. Notice of Discontinuance is to be filed and served. Are there anything else we need to be aware of, especially to cover off legally reconciling/protecting interests?

No, however I would suggest signing a binding financial agreement so that if the relationship does break down in future, the property settlement will be easier to navigate.

I agree.
I am glad that your marriage is to continue.
But, yes, do a BFA anyway (this is not going to be very romantic...)

Can this be done without lawyers?

One party cannot afford one and I assume that two independent lawyers would be required if using lawyers. Is that correct?
