My husband passed away in March this year he was the oldest of 4 brothers. This will was passed to the other 3 brothers of their father who was still alive and my husband was still alive. There father passed away 6 weeks after my husband. Do I or my husbands two sons have any say in this will?

It depends of the wording of you father in laws will.
Hopefully it says that you husbands share passes to his children or to his estate.
Ask the executor of you father in laws will or a copy of the will if they cant answer you question to your satisfaction.

If you are not adequately provided for by your husband's will, you may be able to make a family provision claim.

You and/or your husband's two sons definitely have a say in regards the will and may make an application to obtain a copy of the will and if need be, make an application to court as an interested party making claim on the estate, as Sophea mentioned.
