I need an urgent help and your answer would be much appreciated.
I was charged for shoplifting <=-$2,000-T2 by Parramatta Local court in Nov 2012 and as I plead guilty I was issued at good behaviour bond S10 for 2 years.
Since then I have a clean record and now I am wondering if this conviction will appear on a national criminal check as well as a working with child check etc which is required by my employer (govt org).
If yes, then I can request the police agency to remove this conviction from my record as this is almost 8 years old incident.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
