Yes. No conviction doesn't mean no record.

Agree with Tony -

1) You could not have been sentenced to a good behaviour order without being convicted of an offence.

2) If the kconviction was declared spent at sentencing you do not need to disclose it but it will show on a NPC.

3) If it was a traffic offence it will not show on a National Police Clearance (NPC).

do you mean good behaviour bonds after being found guilty of an offence, or a peace and good behaviour order on yourself?
