As a minor (approx. 16 years of age), I was used with an AVO as a result of a Facebook message sent to a fellow student that was perceived to be threatening after I was intervening between this person bullying a friend of mine.
Anyway, my question is:
Will this AVO have any future repercussions such as showing on a national police check / criminal record report?
