I’ve just received a telephone call advising I was a beneficiary in someone’s will.
I asked how the person past on and was told that they were still waiting for the coroner report which could take up to 12 months.
I don’t know what and or if there’s anything I need to do and or ask?
I was advised that there was an error with name spelling on probate document, so not sure what stage it is in.
Is there anything I should ask snd or do?
Should and or do I need to, if entitled to, ask for a copy of the will?
