Ok Y is in a bit of a panic. Actually quite a big panic.
X has moved out and said they are going to sell the house as it’s in their name. It is the matrimonial home and y is scare that x will change the lockes etc
Also is it true that once separated the all the assets go into the “divorce pool” even if you had them pre marriage?

Oh it’s ok, x just placed y on an intervention order with immediate vacation of property. Y now knows how x will get the property lol
