A person got married in 2013. The person was forced to get married and the wedding ceremony was fake. Is the person eligible for getting an annulment or would they need to get a divorce instead?

Umm, not sure I'm missing something here.
If there was no wedding, there is no need for an annulment or divorce. Chances are the relationship will be deemed a de facto relationship with the division of property issues to consider.
You would have to be confident though the wedding was really fake. Shouldn't be hard for the aggrieved party to find out from births/deaths/marriages (or whatever they are called these days).
