VIC Volunteering for Community Event While Workcover Claim is Pending?

Hi,

I am in paid work and have recently submitted WorkCover forms. The claim has not been accepted nor denied as yet. My question is, can I volunteer for a community event in the meantime without landing myself in hot water provided the voluntary work, please?

Thanks Sophea, This was way back in July and it didn't eventuate. I appreciate you replying though, you're the only reply I've had.
