I have a 3 wills dividing the one estate. One party is fine and well one has pasted away and the other isn't fit to make decisions regarding anything. The will states that the last one standing lives in the house. But healthy person wants to move on. Can this person sell the estate and use the money to buy elsewhere? All three wills are left to there children ie: will 1 goes to her 2 children, will 2 to his 3 kids and will 3 to her 3 kids. So basically if the asset is worth $300.000 it divides up to a $100.000 per will. Can the healthy person spend $300.000 or a $100.000
