VIC VIC/ QLD demerit points?

Hey so I am currently living in Victoria using a probationary QLD license, I got a speeding ticket about a month ago and got 1 point on my license, then just yesterday I accidentally went through a red arrow and got flashed by a red light camera. I know this is a 3 point offence and qld licenses only allow 4 points max however Victorian probationary licensees allow 5 points, will I lose my license over this or will I be allowed 5 points.

If not can I change my Queensland license into a Victorian license ASAP to avoid the loss of license

I would think QLD licence = QLD points system.
Another thing is that now you're living in VIC, you need to get a VIC licence.
