I live in Victoria and purchased a used car from a private seller in South Australia about 2 months ago. Mid January 2021. In the advertisment for the car the previous owners decription stated that the car did NOT have any rust anywhere. I have since discovered rust on the car and although it does not seem much rust its well known that much more may lay underneath the paint. It was a major selling point to me that the car had no rust.
Do I have any recourse to have the car repaired.
