i thought my s60i certificate expired at the end of next week but I got the date wrong and it actually expires today. I’m not going to get my documents done in time so I’m wondering if I can file my application with an affidavit today and then file a further affidavit Monday morning. So I guess half my affidavit today and the more recent stuff Monday. Would this be allowed? Things have become quite bad for my children so I need to get proceedings happening fast but I don’t want to rush it so much that it’s written poorly and missing critical points. Any advice is appreciated on whether this would be an option. Thanks in advance

Due to reasons my first affidavit was rejected on the day of filing. I was allowed to file my initiating application, notice of risk, interim and final orders sought.
I filed the fixed up affidavit a few days later and then severed the other party all of the documents.

You are able to file as many affidavits as you like (within reason). Once you have completed the initiating process further affidavits are filed online using the court portal.
Obviously it's best to be prepared and be neat and tidy but in a pinch I don't think you will have to much grief filing two affidavits.

The court house probably closes at 4pm and you need 3 copies of everything. Good luck.

There's nothing stopping you from doing this. When you file the second affidavit, I'd suggest stating at Par 1 that it's supplementary to your affidavit filed on X date, and you'll want to serve it on the other party at the same time as the initiating application.
