I have just received a speeding fine for an offence, caught on camera, committed last February, doing 69kph in a 60kph area on the South Ocean Road.

I was visiting from England driving a hire car. Surely, I should have been made aware of the offence sooner.

What rights of appeal do I have under Traffic Law? The fine is over $200.

You'd have an enjoyable holiday and that is all. An outstanding fine is not going to flag at immigration.
