Who can issue a traffic law infringement as a monetary penalty in Queensland ?

Depending on what the infringement is, a police officer, transport inspector or local council officer may issue a notice. I am sensing there is more to this issue than the above question...what are you trying to get out of?

I would have thought exactly that.
I am not trying to get "out of" anything, I'm just confirming my understanding of an infringement and who may issue one as a monetary penalty.
