QLD Theft - Can Someone File a Complaint Against Me?

Hello everybody, do you know if someone can make a complaint against me in Australia for stealing (theft) money? Can I quit the territory for travel?

Yes they can. Its a crime with maximum sentence of 5 years imprisonment in QLD.

It depends whether charges have been laid or the person whose money you stole has reported this to police.
