I've been separated from my wife for 16 months (she kicked me out of family home), and have tried to start negotiations a few times, to no avail. Most recently she replied with she wants effectively 95% of our assets. I then tried to get her to come to mediation but she called them and refused.
Given I have no available money at the moment, I am going to have to self represent. I can do the financial statement and the Form 1A, however I'm going to need more advice/examples with the affidavit.
Does anyone know where to get good examples of these, or can send me one, or suggest a low cost lawyer to look over what I prepare, to keep costs to a minimum?
