QLD Spousal Maintenance - Which Form Should I Use?

I need to go to court to have the original spousal maintenance orders made by the court in 2002 varied.

Which application form should I use?

1. Application in a case or
2. Initiating Application

I'm not a lawyer but I would say to the best of my knowledge that if you have final Orders and your case file # has closed, then you would be initiating a new application.

Apply in a case only if you have current matters before the court and are seeking orders to be made in that pending case. Also the registry staff will be able to tell you, as it is certainly just procedural advice you're requesting.

Agree with the above, you'd be filing an initiating application. Application in a case is for matters that are currently open before the Court.
