For SP unit renovations, a member of our O/C wants us to consider moving from the traditional "Individual" ByLaws to the Generic model.
I have my concerns with this, with main question being ...
Using the Generic model, is the ByLaw relating to the actual rennovation by a Unit owner registered against their Title, or is some other method used to record the transaction?
