my 33yo daughter did something terribly stupid today. She was caught taking 62$ worth of unpaid goods from Coles. The police was called and she was issued a $300 fine.
I am really concerned about whether this will leave a mark on her criminal records, and is this permanent?
Will she have problem finding jobs in the future, or getting credits from banks?
Will this be documented on a NSW police check which could be requested by employers?
