SA Shared Custody of Children - Take Into Account Childrens' Wishes?

Hi, I have shared custody of children. Two girls with my ex: one age 14 the other is 16.

They both want to move back home with me (i'm there mother) an no longer want to live with there dad. What can I do - please help?

If it were up to a court they generally take into account the preferences of children of your daughter's age.
