Settlement of House After Separation

Me and my partner bought a property together now we are separated we owe $200k on house and house is worth $500k and she wants to stay in the house she wants to give me $150k half of equity that is not under mortgage is that all I am entitled to or am I entitled to half vale of the property $500k thank you
