My ex husband has been arrested with commercial quantities of GBL and cash, for the second time.
His solicitor rang family to ask if it was possible that any family member would house him if he was granted bail. NO-ONE will have any contact with him ever in his lifetime.
In the court listing for 23/11/2020 it says
LC Sentence, what does this mean?
Will the public prosecutors research more re: his crimes.
Or is it to give his solicitor time for searching for reasons for leniency?
Or, will he be sentenced then and there.
What type of outcome should I expect?
