In summary, I had bought an electric scooter from Bunnings' online store, and the supplier refused to believe that, with minimal use, the front mudguard fell off, and was rattling around in the wheel well. They reasoned that I used the scooter (I did, only after the fact), and there was dirt coming from my usage and broke after me using it improperly. 'The mudguard was broken and filled with dirt, which cannot be considered a factory issue for a new scooter. Therefore, we are unable to accept a refund and can only offer paid repairs.'
How do I say to them it is not my fault, but a quality issue?
How can I get a replacement?
