we have had significant delays in a Residential Reno Job where the Builder/Contractor has just stopped the worked midway and disappeared. They are now 216 days (7+ months) past the Date of Completion as agreed to in the Contract.
We are thinking about sending them a Breach of Contract notice and would like to let them know that should they rectify the issue and commence work immediately, would there be any penalties we can mention in the notice? Or is there a URL which lists them. We were unable to locate this schedule
