Which is what I am dreading. An offer has been made but the party not living there is not accepting without a valuation that is legally recognisable. They are insisting that access to the home is needed for this as well ( prev exp indicates the valuation can be done without access but hey i am no expert ). The whole thing is b*&^%$# ridiculous. The whole estate will go up in legal fees all because they hate each other. There is nothing I can do though.....
