Harvest rain is a professional performance company that runs arena shows around the country.
Last year we paid $300 (non refundable apparently) to attend a one day bootcamp session, with this session we got entry into the wizard of oz proformance, there was no other way into the show besides doing this bootcamp. Due to covid this was cancelled and we were offered a spot in the next show we will rock you next year.
This next show now has been cancelled because of AIS arena closure and we will not be provided with a refund of the bootcamp as it was completed. I am disgusted with harvest rain taking advantage of all Canberra and surrounds. We have lost $300 from this and another $70 for a costume we apparently can't get refunded for
We only have been offered a spot in a Sydney show that would cost us more money in over a weeks worth of accomadation etc.
They are refusing to budge on anything and I feel ripped off.
This is not the first time they have done similar to people in Perth.
It's not fair.
