WA Recently Divorced but Engaged Again - When to Get Married Again?

Hey there,

Just a quick question! I need help please.

I've been in Australia since 2010 on Spouse Visa, and in 2013 got separated. Our relationship didn't work out. In 2015, we got a divorce back home, but not in Australia and I gave a copy of the divorce papers to my ex! The thing is, now I got engaged and I am thinking of starting my life again and get married.

Can I still bring my fianceee here? And if I get married again back home, can I still be her sponsor under immigration law? Or Will I have to wait some years till I can apply for a Spouse Visa for her?

Are you an Australian citizen or permanent resident? If not, what kind of visa are you on here in Australia?
