Hi all, I’m using a throwaway so I won’t be able to reply.
I like exploring abandoned building and sites which is most of the time trespassing, if (when) I’m caught will I be let off with a warning? Or does it depend on the cops mood if I get charged with something? I never carry any weapons, spray cans or drugs or anything.
If I receive a fine for this would it show up on my record for jobs in the future?
And also it is trespassing to walk near a train track?
Where can I find more information on this? Everything is scattered on the internet.
Thanks.

Always and automatically? No.
Can you bank on getting a warning? No.

Less about their mood, and more about your attitude.
That said, if they have had to chase you through an urbex landscape, they will not be happy when the do catch you.

Doesn't make much difference to a trespass charge.
Can make difference to other charges, if you're carrying.
If I receive a fine for this would it show up on my record for jobs in the future?
Depends. if it's just an infringement, then not necessarily.
But if it's a fine imposed by a court after a trial then yes, it can.
And also it is trespassing to walk near a train track?
No sure about WA. But in other states there are a bunch of offences in the Railways legislation about going places you're not supposed to.
