Hi winston I've taken your suggestion and made an appointment today to get a copy of the will and going to ask for the details also. I have called an independent solicitor if there are any discrepancies for them to act on my behalf to submit the additional bank details. Here's hoping your right and all will be ok. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again I was at a loss as to what to do. Your help has been fantastic

Hi Winston I've been to an independent solicitor to enquire if there is a possibility of a larger entitlement to my mother's estate due to the past care i had always given her. I was informed that due to me not actually living with her, there may be problems justifying the request. It was suggested the need of circumstance would be a better approach. I'm awaiting his information after he consults with a barrister colleague. I'm now apprehensive to pursue the matter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
