Hi, I am a 17 year old male who was in qld on holiday as I am a Victorian resident. I was involved in an altercation with 6 other individuals and was charged with two offences which are stealing and assault occasioning bodily harm armed whilst in company. On the same night I was also charged with a unauthorised dealing with shop goods. The assault and stealing is in children’s court and unauthorised dealing with shop goods is in magistrates court. My legal representation is pending however I just wanted an idea of what to expect in regards to penalties.
