My abusive ex refuses to give me soul occupancy of our home as we battle in court.

He is currently taking expensive items from the home without asking/telling me, the latest my deceased fathers decanter he gave me as a house warming when i first moved out of home.

What are my rights to property return/protection and orders to stop him access the property to go through my bedroom and drawers and take items?
