Hi all, My assets in property settlement were transferred to someone else by my ex. That person has since passed away. My ex is a beneficiary of the estate (obviously). How do i find out the will, executor, solicitor, beneficiaries etc? BTW, its been over 6 months since DOD and still no Grant of Probate been applied for. The only thing i can think of (with plenty of property involved) is that it was set up in a trust??
