My mother passed away last September. She had quite a large estate. My 2 brothers are executors of will for her deceased estate. One brother is criminal, the other is not. I'm worried given the distribution of her estate, if the criminal brother can hold back on our fair share.

Probate has been granted and the family home has been sold. Can I or we as beneficiaries get ripped off?

My oldest brother is really stressed out about the whole thing. So am I. Everything is suppose to be divided up 4 ways equally as per our mother wishes in her will. Also, how much can the executors charge for having Enduring Powers of Attorney and being executors of her estate?

A question better asked in the Wills and Estate Planning forum than Family Law.
