Hi,

I sold my car three weeks ago privately. The buyer has relisted the car with misleading information stating the following:
The car has always been serviced at Subaru. This is NOT true.
He purchased the car in 2017 and is claiming it has a warranty. This is also NOT true.

I see on his Gumtree account he has sold two cars previously this year and I am concerned he is selling cars without a license to do so.

What should I do as this seems very dodgy to me?

Thanks,
Jonathan
