I would like some information on the legality of locking a gate into a medical centre car park and trapping a car inside that car park with no notices advising a closing time and/or options to retrieve the vehicle posted anywhere.
Sole notices posted were that "Towing is in progress" and "park at your own risk"
There were no phone numbers to ring
No information on a towing company
No options whatsoever on how to gain access to the vehicle.
