Can I video a worker from the state housing department while he or she conducts the rent inspection on the property I am renting under privacy law? I have been having false accusations against me concerning the inspections and now feel I need to resort to videoing the inspection.
Twice now they have left when I informed them I will video in case it's needed for the court of which it is. Also, are they required to provide their names if I ask as they want to enter the premises but have not provided id?
