My workplace has in-store CCTV installed to monitor customers and staff for security and performance monitoring. All staff are aware of the camera's presence and there is signage to make customers aware also. There are no cameras in bathrooms but there are cameras in our break room.

Our employer has recently upgraded the CCTV program and has enabled access from home by himself, his wife (not an employee) and his teenage children (part time employees). Can you help with what privacy laws apply in this situation?
