my partner was charged with being intoxicated in public on the weekend and has court in a few weeks time . He was found guilty of affray and sentenced to 250 hours of community service 2 years ago he was also intoxicated at the time he was warned if anything of similar nature happened again he was going to jail . The incident that just happened, happened in another state while we were on holidays so he was going to plead guilty but if he does what do you think is the worst that may happen?
