QLD Potential Stealing offence

Need help regarding potential stealing charge 5yrs ago.
Police came to see me at home. They have a photo of me in a building where the offense occurred.
Asked if I would go and see them tomorrow. I agreed.
I believe they have identified it is me in the photo.

Ok since they were able to identify you just from a picture, then presumably you have a criminal record?

I suppose a lawyer would advise you to observe your right to silence or co-operate and confess based on the quality of the picture?
