I recently went to court and had 2 police witnesses concoct a story that justified a fine that they issued.
They lied about the speed they were travelling. Instead of travelling at 60 - 70 km/h they said that they were stationery. Instead of it being dark and well over an hour before first light, it was dawn and light. Instead of them passing my vehicle and waiting for 1 -2 minutes they put their sirens on immediately and pulled me over.
They made up stories as to what was said.
These were complete and utter lies.
I proven the timing meant that dawn was not even close.
Their stories changed after I was directed by the magistrate to speak with the police prosecutor and explained to the police prosecutor that they were probably speeding, pulled over 50 - 100 metres in front of me and then pulled me over in another road.
My question is how common is it that NSW police lie through their teeth under oath?
Has anyone had issues with constables from Eastwood LAC?
