Hello,

I recently had an experience with pizza hut where they gave me someone else's order. I did not touch the pizzas, they are still in the fridge whole. PH offered to send me the correct pizza's but with a 1.5 hour delay which I couldn't accept as I had kids that needed dinner and it was already after 6pm. They then offered me 'in store credit' which I don't want either, I just want my money back. My question is...are they obligated to give me my money back or is the offer of in store credit enough?

Thanks in advance.

If you paid with a card then do a charge back. You didn't receive what you ordered.

If you paid with cash then realistically, move on.

It does not sound like much of a big deal does it?

Until it kills someone!! (because they had an allergy).
