hi. I had a fall on a pedestrian crossing in a shopping centre when it raining.it was very slippery and I fell.i broke my leg. This has resulted in me not being able to work and I don’t have any sick/annual leave. My current timeframe is 6 weeks until I can return. Is there anyone who can be held responsible? The shopping centre don’t want to know anything. I just want to know.

Dear Nadine, it depends if you have any evidence of the incident. eg; photographs, witnesses etc? If there was a CCTV then you may be able to request for the footage to confirm liability. Let me know if you have any leading questions.

Kind regards
