Hi,

I would like to hear people during their bankruptcy..
I have been bankrupt for 2 years.My trustee contacted me in the first few months and then no contact at all.. i also started my new job and saved some money.is it a good idea to annul my bankruptcy by offering my creditors 15 cents a dollar? My debt was around $145k

Too many variables to say for sure, and
remembering that lawyers are not allowed to give financial advice....
  • You can offer, but they don't have to accept;
  • Why bother?
    If your situation is, generally, in hand, then maybe just sit it out and let your term expire;
  • Ignore all the crap you read on the internet about miracle solutions to bankruptcy.
Truth be, if, in the current economic circumstances,
you are working, meeting your obligations, and even saving a little,
then that alone might be a win worth taking.
