I have been separated for over 2 years now and only just got my divorce papers. I am paying off a BMW that my ex so desperately wanted that she has had in her possession for last 2 years. The car is registered in both our names, but I am paying for the car loan as she has no credit rating.
As my name is on the loan and all purchasing paperwork, does that make me owner of vehicle and do I have right to reclaim it?
