If he ignores it, nothing is really going to happen, but are you sure that's a good idea?

Obviously there are some issues here with mum overstepping her boundaries and calling the shots. If you don't get some kind of parenting plan in place that provides structure for both parents and the kids, there isn't going to be anything to protect you from potential problems - like mum causing conflict because the kids' activities at dad's house didn't live up to her own expectations.

This is a chance to actually get something down on paper that can help stop all that happening.

So, there's not going to be any consequences if he ignores, but it means there's no rules or boundaries either.
