My partner's ex-wife has full custody of children for their 12&15 years old boys who have never travelled overseas before. We need to take them for a month to attend our wedding in our home country. What is the best approach to that under Family Law? Not sure if we should approach her directly or through a mediator or put an urgent application?

There is nothing mentioned about traveling in the order. It was done 9 years ago and traveling wasn't in the scope at all.

Not yet.
We don't expect she would agree.
We are not sure either even if she agreed would her verbal or written agreement be sufficient if the boys name on the watch list..
We need to know the right steps to take.
