Hi, I would like some legal help. I'm on bail and residing at a certain address, I'm not on a curfew and if I wanted to go on a holiday for a couple weeks, am I allowed to under Criminal Law as I'm not on a curfew but still reside at this address?

What do your bail conditions say? If there is nothing preventing this in your bail conditions you are probably OK.

Just that I have to reside at this address, and to inform my informant of a change of address in 24hour but I'm not changing my address, just going on a holiday. And to not associate with certain people and not enter a certain town.

A holiday may be deemed a change of address. Best to confirm with your informant.
