My family are planning on going on holidays to Queensland or overseas in Bali. I live in NSW, my bail conditions Doesn't say anything about travelling and I don't have to report to the police station.

I haven't found anything online answering this for NSW.

Thank you

To live at my address.
Not to be absent from these premises unless in the company of one of his parents.
Not to consume any intoxicating liquor.
Not to approach contact or attempt to contact witnesses.

My parents would be taking me.

Thanks

The intent of your bail conditions are that you remain at the residence of your parents. If you had to go away for a reason, such as for a few days to attend a funeral, you have to request a change of your bail conditions from the court. Saying that, it's probably unlikely the court would agree with you going on a family holiday interstate and even less likely they would agree to you going overseas whilst on bail.
